At CognifyAPI, your privacy is a core feature, not an afterthought. We operate on a zero-storage principle to ensure your data remains your data.

1. Data Minimization & Storage

CognifyAPI is designed with a "Privacy-by-Design" architecture. We do not store personal information, account details, or search history on our servers.

Stateless Processing: Our API endpoints process requests in real-time.
No Permanent Storage: Once data is delivered to your application, it is purged from our memory and never written to a database.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or request the following:

Names, email addresses, or physical addresses.
Payment card information (handled via our secure third-party processor).
IP addresses of your end-users.

3. Log Files

We use log files solely for monitoring service health. These logs include timestamps and status codes, but cannot be linked back to an individual person. Logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.

5. Security

All traffic to and from CognifyAPI is encrypted using Industry Standard TLS (HTTPS) to prevent interception during transit.

6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Because we do not store personal data, we naturally adhere to GDPR and CCPA principles. We cannot provide data portability or "Right to be Forgotten" requests simply because we hold no data to delete.
